I've got the stated vehicle buildsheet going in my head right now.
For my DD duties , MPG must be king so ...
4bt - 5spd OD trans
I live in the rust belt , so the frame will be galvanized - dipped.
'glass body - Hopefully , a BroncoDesigns- again no rust through.
Full family cage - as a supplement for safety
hard top - cause it gets damn cold here

and I'm gonna steal every soundproofing and thermal insulation trick I can  due to the cold and the noisy diesel.

Been wondering about how much wider the new super duty axles are with the big backspacing the newer rims have , compared to our axles with minimal BS. (Need to go out in the driveway and measure the two.) Plus the great brakes that are there already. Wonder if I can make the auto hubs work ??? ;D

Go for broke on the seats since I'll be in there alot ... heated reclining Mastercrafts. Maybe some sweet leather seats.

Hmm .... all the typical mods , H4 headlights , ( hydroboost and a kickass alternator are probably in with the 4BT out of necessity) , prolly go with the auto locking four point harness' just to make sure I stay away from the wheel in the event of a wreck , hmmm ,
to be continued ....;D
