FL C4 / 20 make offer

I have a c4 / 20 combo. The 20 is in working order but the c4 is a core. I was told the bronco it came out of was crashed in the front end. The bell housing is cracked and the front pump is broken. So it took a hit. Pump and bell-housing can be replaced. The case is fine. The 20 is still bolted to it.
