Anybody want to share some pics of floor mounted C4 shifters in their EB's? Thinking maybe going that route but NO IDEA what direction to head? Any input?

Thanks!!!

No pics... but for robust simple function I'm a Winters fan with a modified "Rock Gate", I cut the stop out at nuetral. That removes a lot of the clunky and alows smooth shifting from forward to reverse. Every other shifter I've ever used I have litterally removed it with a hammer and smashed it into teeny tiny pieces.

I've installed a lot of Lokar shifters and have never been impressed at their quality. They feel cheap and flimsy. I'm not really impressed at the drag racing B&M style stuff either. NOW the Art Carr/Winters gated shifter while a little clunky at first is a very well built and durable shifter. You can beat on it day after day and it flat out works.

Winter's shifter for the win - I'm ditching my 4 speed for a C4 again and that is on the list as a required purchase. I'll also grind the N - R notch out for rocking back and foreth.

I have the Winters with the optional park/neutral safety and reverse light switches. No issues so far.

I've got the old lokar shifter. uses a shift rod and not a cable. Solid and reliable although I did modify and reinforce the mounting brackets to stiffen it up some.

I have the Winters shifter as well. Very smooth to operate and incredibly durable. I drove my buddies that has a B&M ratcheting shifter, while it's ok on the street, I couldn't imagine dealing with that out on the trail.

Lokar with a solid link in my rig. I like the shifter build quality and it is very tough. BUT I would not buy this again but get the cable version. If the body flexes and the trans is moving around a bit the shifter can move the into neutral because of the solid link versus a cable.

Yeah I would love to see a pic of the winters of the shifter a little closer up, as I am still undecided if since I have to purchase a collumn any ways if I wanna go collumn or floor shift.
