Chuzie, UPS has them.

The Duff ones do hold up for a while, and I am interested to see if Nylon does anything different or can outlast it. Our shop doesn't get into polyurethane, and its been awhile since I installed my Duff arms, but I believe the Duff parts are cast/molded. So someone has mold costs into the parts and now its great for turning out batches and batches. I don't want to compete with them, but if I can help for the low volume of people blowing the poly out, we can test some materials and hopefully help fix one problem.

Big question is how to properly test them against the poly to be fair. We also have to consider the need to test for proper suspension travel as well but that's a controlled test that would just involve swapping bushings and measuring. The longevity test is the biggie and I could give a crap about ride quality... It's a bronco!

Maybe do 1 nylon/poly on each head? How about one arm all poly and one arm all nylon? Hard to decide what configuration would yield the most accurate results.

@chuzie I double checked my notes the currently bushings are produced by Daystar. They have the ability to change the durometer (aka make them harder or softer) but we would have to make a 200 pc order, and they can change the color.;D

Thanks Clay. I'm going to test the set Dlish made first, then reassess.

Just changed out mine before this wheeling season. Went with CAGE bushings since I have CAGE arms. Interested to see how long mine last and these nylon ones!

I found the Cage bushings to be worse, could have just been old.

If you need help testing parts let me know - I've already broken two Cage arms and had to beef them up...

First test will be to compare flex. If that passes I'll attempt to observe vibration / drivability changes. Longevity is highly subjective not to mention potentially time consuming. Frankly, if flex doesn't go negative I'd call these a win seeing as I suspect the nylon will take a beating compared to the poly.

Hope to have em in before NovRun@ure next week.

Nylon bushings installed. Zero change in articulation measurements or ride quality compared to the poly. Gonna beat on em at Uwharrie next week.

OK...beat the #*%&Q*@($%&@ out of 'em and let us know how they do!!

I really doubt that the bushings Jim gave you are old...He goes thru a lot of arms/bushings and poly would have to be REALLY old, like really old to degrade...
