I am looking to install a family cage in my new 72 and will probably order a cage from Toms or WH that needs assembly. Does anyone now a welder in my area that can set it up and I will drill the holes and complete the job?
I used to live in the DC area and there was a guy out in Woodbridge on Yates Ford Rd right before you cross the river at Bull Run Marina that a friend of mine used to use. You can't miss the sign he has out advertising welding. He was fairly reasonable by DC standards.
If you're near Chantilly VA I recommend High Tech Auto and Truck Center. They have worked on all my broncos and daily drivers for almost 20 years. Most of their mechanics, and the owner, are experienced welders.
