DC Metro Welder to put together Toms Family Cage

Anyone know a good welder in DC metro that wants some side work and can safely put my cage together with a few seat belt tabs? Everyone I contact thru Craigslist craps out and I can't pay $90/hr for my mechanic to do it.
Let me know if you know anyone!
