So I've towed my EB across the south to get it close enough that I can actually start working on it. I gotta say how awesome it was meeting all the Bronco enthusiast along the way, especially the guy that even had his Bronco tattooed on his leg; if your on here, I look forward to your updates on your rig!

Back to the point, I'm looking for some hands on input as I figure out where to start on my rebuild. If there is anyone in the Austin TX that wants to get together and talk shop, shoot me a message so we can get together.

There is a big group of Bronco folks in the Austin area. We get together about once a month (most months not having a bigger LEBC event, that is). Check out the LEBC web site and join the Google Groups mailing list - that's where most of the Meet and Greets are announced and discussed. We had an event at Hidden Falls earlier this month - our next get together will probably be in mid December.

But I'm a bit confused - are you in Austin or San Antonio? We have a big group in SA too.

I'm stationed down in San Antonio, but the Bronco is up in Austin at my parents. Best guess is that I've got about a year and a half until I'm back over seas. Ideally I can make sure it is not an eye sore so they'll keep it around.

My plan is to be able to come up every few weeks to work on it. Biggest concern now is 1) how badly is it rusted 2) get some breaks 3) get it running...
