I would buy a book or two if i were you... google ford engine rebuilding books, lots of great info out there. Like they said, call a cam place once you decide what you have and what you want, they can give you the cam to use. Then take that info and look for one real cheap. i think if you tried to bolt a cam up to the pistons you would figure something isn't quite right real fast...
