Centech here. Only one ive used but seemed to be great quality. I routed mine a little different to clean it up. If you run the wires through the kick and on the outside of the inner fender yoi could hide the wires completely. Wish i would have. May go back and do it one day. I ran mine unddr the lip of the fenders. It hides them for the most part.
I can get you some better pics of you want me to.

Looks great! How did you run the engine portion of the harness? I just got my first centec harness and it appears they want it to come out on the passenger side and run across the fire wall/cowl. I'm hoping I can de-loom it any pull the engine wires out of the center of the firewall.

It runs behind the dash on the firewall and has grommets to come out on both driver's and passenger's sides. No exposed wires across the firewall in the engine bay. No need to de-loom anything.

Did a centech the first time and ended up adding an auxiliary fuse panel on a fender for everything I added since all the circuits were being used.
Did a Ron Francis kit the second time.

If I was going to do them again, I'd either make my own from scratch or go with the RF kit again as they'll pre-wire/include the necessary pieces/connectors for some different equipment (1-wire alt, aftermarket columns, etc).

Thanks. I don't think my question clear enough though. Where did you run your wires for the coil, dizzy, oil sender, and water temp sender? Along the passenger fender behind the battery and over the alternator?

I'm still a work in progress, but yes.Coil, Starter etc go in front of the wheel well, behind the battery. There's another loom that tucks behind the wheel well on pass. side. The loom is just the right length to fit these areas.

Nowhere near as trick and neat as the red bay above, but I was going for a little more like stock. I'll have time for perfection once I'm actually driving it again.

I brought the engine wires through the center. Took them out of the loom.
Ill try to get some better pics

I have wired many hot rods and use Centech almost exclusively. The fuse panel is great and the high quality cross-linked wire is also a plus. I usually use the larger fuse panel with the horn and turn signals integrated into it. If you want to do some things differently just call them when ordering and they will taylor the wiring harness to your needs.

Langester, I used the Centech and am happy with it. Just FYI, it the past I have heard Painless does a 25% discount for veterans. That would almost level the field on cost. If you or someone you know is a vet, it might be worth a call to Painless.

Langester,

I too have used a Centech harness. Mine is not running, but I liked the color correct wires and it was a neat install. I don't have any bells and whistles.
I have a buddy that did an Ron Francis in his and he likes it.
I say you go with what your wallet says is right and don't look back.

Thats funny, I saw this post pop up and was going to respond since I have installed a centech harness now. I realized it was my own thread from a while back, made me laugh !
I still appreciate the responses, the information on this site is amazing!
