I'm trying to reinstall the hard lines from the plastic evap tank to the CC and having a heck of a time figuring out how they routed up against the frame and mounted. Does anyone have a picture or diagram showing how they were routed. I done the usual checks online and haven't found anything.

Thanks...

If your 72 (from your garage picture) is like my 71 (with the octopus plastic tank in the left rear wheel) then there is a metal line that runs across the body seam from around the saddle tank opening, to the inboard side of the Pass frame. Small piece of 5/16 hose to another piece of mounted with plastic clips inboard of frame, up to the CC that is mounted down low on the out board of the Pass frame.

Cannot give you much more than that cause my plastic tank/octopus was in a box in the back of the truck. Hope this helps some.

I am going with a 76-77 style CC mounted up high in the engine compartment, so I will not have to worry about liquid fuel coming forward...

That being the case, maybe these additonal diagrams might come in handy. Although the lines to the vapor bottle are not quite similar to what I have on the '71. Compare the diagram with my actual bottle.
