Chicago help needed

Just sold my bronco to a guy in downtown Chicago area and it appears that the shipping company driver has done something to it. From pictures he sent the extended rear drive shaft appears to have sheared the rear u joint and the angle of the rear end has rolled upward. The English challenged speaking driver had the front split stick in low and hubs locked (not that way when loaded) Anybody know of a good place to help this guy out, I think it might be a matter of a new u joint and getting the rear end angle back to correct. The new owner only drove 100 feet before it grenaded and the driver was long gone. Hate to see this guys first Bronco experience start this way and I don't think his wrenching skills are high. Thanks in advance... shine that bat/bronco searchlight on over Chicago

Did he use U-Ship? Needs to file a claim asap. I had a enclosed truck driver strap down my Coronet RT with a chain across the fuel tank. It pierced the tank and spilled fuel all inside his truck. He was a stand up guy and paid for a new tank and installation.
With U-ship on my bronco I got a psycho Russian guy who threatened me because he thought the no parking sign said "no trucks" and wouldn't come into my neighborhood.
