I feel like a kid. I really have to start saving all my pennies. Wife agreed to trade in her focus and I will trade my f150 for the new bronco and new ranger.

This is the Euro ranger the U.S. one will be based on but with "unique front-end styling":

I would presume the Bronco to be similar, especially the drivetrain.

It's going to be a retro styled wrangler beater with a removable top. If you dream it, it will come true!:D

If'n they are smart, it will be a modern representation of the classic.
Lessons learned with the T-bird and more like the Mustang.
Either way, I will take a take a pass as modern vehicles piss me off. My Wife and a few friends, on the other hand, are eagerly awaiting.

I hope Mr. Hinrichs and FORD have a clue. He states "a no compromise 4x4 capable of conquering a daily commute, gravel roads and boulders."

How many vehicles can "conquer" a gravel road? %) Sheesh.

Webster "gravel" def:
#1-obsolete: sand.
#2-loose round fragments of rock.

Webster "boulder" def:
#1-a detached and rounded or much-worn mass of rock.

Hopefully he had emphasis on "no compromise" and "boulders." ;D

And yes, the top better come off or it's a mini van with a slightly different shape.

I think they better give some clues. It's like someone telling a story, dragging it out too long and losing everybody listening. The EB popularity may have an end date.

That bronco they are showing in those photos doesn't even look as good as those car show concept cars...You know the ones that don't even have an interior and no actual drive line.
I am hoping the actual design will be rather modern but pay homage to our EB's. I think the latest Mustang does a good job of that. It has styling cues from the69-70 Mustangs. If it looked exactly like a 69-70 it wouldn't be cool to me but then if it didn't look somewhat like the 69-70 it wouldn't be cool either, so to me they've nailed the new Mustangs. They just need to do the same thing with the eb.
