• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Would be careful with this one, I'm almost sure I saw a sale before. Looks like the guy got it just to make a quick buck and 0 feedback on eBay?

I thought the seat brackets were supposed to be black, these ones look painted? Looks to be new upholstery also.

Someone posted a thread on here years ago with pics of that one. They had met the original owner and it was indeed a '68 U13.

I would consider it in the Holy Grail category, definitely. I'd love to have it.

It's an obvious repaint. I hate when people outright lie. Or when they are too ignorant to see the incredibly obvious signs we can see from just a few pics.

As for Holy Grail, I myself would rather have a 1967 V8 Roadster than a 1968, because I like the cool 66/67 and 67 only parts more than the 68+.
It looks like a sweet rig though. DEFINITELY a complete repaint, even the inside for some reason. Possible pan replacements?
Even though it's a rare truck I think it's overpriced... Maybe not?

True it's a repaint, don't know if he's lying or don't know any better. But still, it's one of 212 ever made, super low mileage, and in seemingly excellent condition.

For the record, there are less than 20% of the original 212 '68 U13's known to exist within the Bronco community. I'm sure there are more out there somewhere, but who knows where and if they will ever surface?

It would be nice of Ford to tell us how many of the 5000 Roadsters were shipped to other countries so we can stop looking under every bush in the US for them... ;D

I do know that of the 698 '67 Roadsters, 333 of them had metric speedomters, and 328 had the low compression export engine. So at least 333. There have been some '66s surface in Colombia lately as well.

Wow, that's more exported than I expected.

I am under the impression that those mirrors are incorrect.

Floor mat looks correct to me...?

Good question. Probably quite a few. A lot of them are back in common
circulation too, I have seen a fair amount of them.

Not sure on that. Most of the documented military Broncos are '67 U15s, but there were some others thrown into the mix occasionally. Hard to tell, really.

What if. Just saying...what if someone actually has one and modified the crap out of it not knowing it was special?

My wife has a heart attack everytime she sees someone cut up a VW oval window for a baja bug. It breaks her heart.
