Could use some helpful advice

Getting ready to pull the body off my rig to start a complete restoration, anyone have any advice on pulling the body off, i am pretty sure of the basics but any advice would be gratefully appreciated. Im sure there are plenty of you that have done this so shower all the knowledge you can. Thanks
