You never know what some one could be going through in their life. Glad you got your carb. Really glad Craig was able to put aside whatever was keeping him from doing what he needed to do. Kudos to you Craig.
I just found this thread, and I'm glad I did. I haven't read through it other than this last page, so I can imagine what's in the other two. I do my best to treat people how I want to be treated (i.e.-Golden Rule); my 100% feedback on eBay can attest to that.
In this case my family has been put under a lot of stress because my father had an 8-inch tumor removed from his spinal cord the second week of August. He had 7 MRIs in the span of two weeks before the neuro found the source of my father's problem which had been overlooked after his referral to the neuro.
The were barking up the wrong tree, thinking the problem was in his lower back. Six MRIs showed nothing in his lower back. Finally, something made the sheet pull away from the neuro, and he immediately called for another MRI. That one found the tumor which had been preventing him from walking.
My mother took him to UMC in Jackson immediately, and they started surgery at 2 a.m. to remove the tumor. This was August 15. They spent the next 5 weeks in Jackson, so I had to take care of their bills and house, my bills and house, and teach 130 college kids full time (my day job) while they were gone.
They made it back to Tupelo, Dad is beginning to get some movement back in his left leg (right leg is back), and I don't have as much on my mind. My family was uncertain until just a few weeks ago whether or not he would walk again or even live.
The carb got lost in the mix. I apologize for taking longer than expected; I would never stick anyone by not sending a part or holding up my end of the deal.
