I have owned my bronco for 8 years.
---Never replaced the tires as it sat in the garage driven about once every other month.
Ordered tires 2 days ago 33x12.5x15 bfg mud,ta's AND have an appointment at 8am to have them put on sat morning! ;D
thought I had 4 exact 8x15 inch rims and was gonna skate by on those.
I just was looking at the cast and 2 are 7x15 %) and 2 are 8x15%) exact same rim!
I never in a million years would have thought anyone would do that!..this is truly old school stuff!
Anyone ever heard of people doing this AND will this be a huge off roading issue?
Personally I had no intention of installing a 12.5 tire on a 7 inch rim BUT I am only concerned with safety...what a bummer as I really do not want to invest in rims and besides the rims are in good condition!
I attached a pic of rims as proof of how I got fooled! heh-heh
Opinions on this one...rig will be used for mild wheeling..no rock crawling..basically desert ...no mudding heh-heh.%)
