Sorry for the lack of updates, been busting ass but not much is actually pic worthy LOL

For starters the old Holley EFI decided to take a shit on me last week. As soon as the key was on it activated the injectors at 100%
Needless to say it was time for an update so I popped for the FITech 400, love this system, and the price is nuts!

Out with the old and in with the new!

And that leads to the next development, it is running great and I took it out of the garage and run up the street in FWD to test the brakes, they work great so far, like them alot

Got the front bumper complete and got the rear bumper cut down and mounted up, just need to cap the ends

Got the traction bar finished up

Other than this it has been a lot of wiring and fuel line clean up, just a bunch of little detail stuff.

I should be able to wrap up the major items left and get it on the road for a shake down next weekend and a trail run the following weekend! Wahoo

She is so close! Sprayed the fenders and mounted up the front clip today. Been working on the cage also, it is nearly complete, just need to add some additional triangulation and paint it. Decided to weld it in place, it would be a nightmare to remove.

Thanks man, appreciate the words, as for the suspension it is kinda hard to say.
I am running BCBroncos 5.5" springs with buckets raised up 4 ".
Rear is the FSB leafs with 3 leafs removed and the leafs flipped around backwards and a shackle flip.with 5" shackles.
The tires are 37x12.5/17, no body lift, in fact the body is sitting right down on the cage standoffs.
The lift is basically none, it is actually -1" for a FSB which is of course what the chassis is.

Hope that all makes sense haha

Dave, with the leafs removed have you thought about axle wrap? On my trail rig I'm running an original 8-pack with 3 leafs removed and I'm getting some wrap. I do have a doubler that makes it worse. Not sure how I will fix it - one of the anti-wrap bars from one of the vendors or maybe its time for a 4-link set up . . . ;D

I would have some rediculous wrap without an antiwrap bar. I have the Ruffstuff bar on it, major beef!

That will be for our Club event, damn I can't wait!!!

A couple videos from yesterday on the trail, what a blast!

In the 3rd video I had some poor spotting and realized the absolute need for hydro-assist, guess what's next on the list? LOL

I had finally had enough of the horrible steering on the trail.
Every time I was in 4wd and got bound up I lost all steering, also when I was on sand stone and such with good traction.

So it's hydro-assist time!

I planned for this to take 6-8 hours but I was able to get it done in 4, pretty happy about that.

I intended to get more pics but like usually I got busy and forgot haha

Marking the box to drill and tap, the fitting needs to be below the race and above the gear

Holy hell what a difference, steers like it's in 2wd on the pavement now.
The twin stick helped on the trail but this is the ultimate way to go if you have a front locker and want to be able to steer!
