I need the snap ring that holds the Dana 20 input gear on the shaft. I have searched all over and cannot find a constant section snap ring (eaton snap ring) in the size needed. Dose anybody know where to get one, or can I use a normal external snap ring?

The ring should be the same on both 'T' and 'J' shift cases. I need the one that holds the input gear to the transmission output shaft or coupler shaft.

Normal snap ring is fine,
just take a dead blow hammer and hit the back side to get more room to get the ring back in, that is you can get a thicker snap ring in :)
