D44 Ox Locker Compatibility Question

I have an opportunity to buy a used D44 ox locker that came out of a 74 Plymouth Trailduster at a great price. Bonus is that it comes with a 4.56 ring and pinion which is exactly what I want and need. My question is: will this set-up fit/swap directly into my early bronco Dana 44 with no issues? Do Plymouth Traildusters have driver side diffs? Anything else I should look out for? Thanks in advance

Pretty sure the diff was on the passenger side.
I believe the differential innards are compatible and swappable, but not the entire assembly.
Not without lots of creative mumbo jumbo anyway.

You said Ox so I assumed you meant just the diff carrier and gears.
Or are you talking about buying the whole front end?

Just the ox locker and ring and pinion. Not the whole thing

You believe correctly. The 74 Plymouth D44 is the same as the EB. The Ox and gears will swap.
@snick might have some issues with the Bronco tie rod and the Ox cover...but that will depend on his tie rod.
