After over 600 days of waiting, and getting it July7, Two-weeks later the proposals are coming in (after waiting 4 years for approval) for the replacement of the crumbling foundation on the garage. The funding covers the new foundation and floor, but not the structural damage caused BY the foundation...... this Blows

ugh man that really is a bummer!!!

edit: i didn't read that close enough. I dont understand why the damage caused isn't covered.

Coverage is specified by the cement cracking crumbling, but since the doors shifted and twisted a little, new doors are not part of the "coverage" and the sill that is rotted with water impingement means wall replacement (not covered) .....BUT complete demo of structure IS covered, but new structure is NOT... go figure. For some reason I can't post phots now Yet I'm a paid supporter
