I’m no brake guru, But I am currently working on a hydro boost conversion. Check out the last page of my build thread. Which is listed at the bottom of this post. The booster is Ford super duty, with Dodge diplomat master, at 1 1/8” bore. I’m running stock 76 Bronco front disc and rear drums. Will upgrade to rear discs later if I feel it needed.
That's a pretty incredible piece of artwork you've created to link the brake pedal to the booster. Very nice!

Thank you. By the end of the week I should be finished, fitting up the hydro boost. I'll be posting more pictures.

Alright, I've got another question or two for those who've gone where I'm about to go. While preparing to take the body off of the frame I started thinking about the long lead time and considerable expense involved in buying a brand new Bronco body. I'm Assuming that I'm not going to find an original body close by in decent enough shape to fix up. Would anybody dare try to repair the damage to this thing?

I'll let the pictures do most of the talking, but to sum it up, the rockers are actually in pretty great shape. The front floors are all but gone. The seat platform/rear floor area looks to be decent. The door posts are really rough, the firewall has a big chunk that has been cut out and the inner fenders definitely need replacing (they're almost entirely made of fiberglass body filler). Inner quarters could maybe be patched as well as the bed.

I think I know the answer to this question, but if anybody has successfully repaired carnage like this before, I'd like to hear about it. I don't know that I have enough good sheet metal there to warrant welding new stuff to it.
