Do torque wrenches need to be annually calibrated?

I work with Torque Wrenches all the time(aircraft mechanic) we use the 32B14-3-1-101 as our basic source of tech data. It covers the procedures we use (in the AF) on storage, maintenance and, how to calculate torque using an adapter.
