I built and then sold this 72 about 11 years ago for a down payment on a house. I know it went to Florida I think Boca Raton. I recently searched for it when I was back in the market for another EB and came up with nothing. I have since purchased a 73, but still would like to know what happened to my original bronco that I put all my time ,energy and money into. Anyone????

Is that last pic from Bloomsburg?

Sure is. I drove it from Long Island NY 2 years in a row. I believe it was 1997-98 or 98 99. It was 1 of the last years they shut down the town for the truck parade. Good times for sure.

I have been searching for my first Bronco, a 73 I drove back from Colorado and sold in Wisconsin. Your best bet is to find the VIN and see if you can find a cop to do a search on it.

Good luck, we always remember our firsts!

Hey walls,

Here are some photos of your old rig from back at Bloomsburg in the 90s when I was there with my rig. Your work on that one really caught my eye back then and I went home wishing I had it instead of mine. ;D

Good luck on finding it and keep us posted!

If memory serves me, I think they were 38s or 40s on 14" rims.... I didn't get to close as not to ruin my cut off jeans with a sea of Armour All! :) It was the 90s!

Wow - what size tires were those?

Thanks for the pics, brings back a lot of memories.I built that truck when I was only 20 years old. I still kick myself to this very day for selling/no giving that truck away. I gave it away for 10k back in 2000. Unfortunately broncos weren't as hot of an item as they are now. The tires were 36/16.50/15 cepecks on 14" wide wheels. Sorry about all the armour all. Hope you didn't ruin your Daisy Dukes ;D. Gotta love the 90's.

Any idea of what state it went to. It looks similar to one listed a year or so ago in the Carolinas. I remeber the tilt forward hood with same front scoop.

What color is that? Kinda a purple from the front pic, then looks a little more red from the rear of the front clip..

Oh, it was a metallic plum color with light purple accents on the under carriage (see photos). The plum metallic was nice, but in this day and age, the accent would be considered totally 90s retro!;D;D;D

I've lived down here (5 miles from Boca Raton) for like 200 years and attend an occasional car show but have never seen it around. That being said there's about 2 million people in this county and 1.5 in Palm Beach County so hiding isn't very hard---but that rig would certainly stand out.
