Read the excellent Tech Article on installing the rear wedge shims to correct the pinion angle. It doens't give the torque values for the u-bolts or the leaf spring tie bolt.....suggestions?

You talking about the spring center bolt? The one that holds the spring pack together, along with the shim? I use standard bolt torque specs. I think that's just a 3/8" grade 5 bolt. Spec is around 25 ft/lb. Here's a bolt torque chart.
