This has been my quickest and easiest replacement of a door hinge post. I've done 3.
I'll share what we did.
I found a good candidate for a replacement off another tub that was cut up. It was in better than the hinge post that was on the firebronco so I cut it out.
Built a jig and bolted it to the floor on the front cage holes and welded it to the windshield mount and then connected and welded it to the existing door hinges to locate the hinges in their original spots.
The rest was simple... Follow along.
