I'm ready to install new door skin, old removed and shell prepped, would like opinions on folding the flange. Does the pneumatic door zipper air hammer attachment from eastwood work on the replacement skins we have available? Also I was considering using seam sealer between frame and skin, any issues with that? All opinions and and tips appreciated.

I have never used the Eastwood tool but have used a snap on one many times. The snap on one worked very well and very fast. I have also installed them using a hammer and dolly. Hammer and dolly work fine but it is a lot more work I worked in a body shop and typically we put adhesive between the door shell and skin and then seam sealed the seam where the skin and shell meet. If you use adhesive or seam sealer be sure it is slow curing and you are 100% happy w the fit.

I would clamp the skin to the shell and test fit it to your bronco before folding over the edge
