like others have said, dont worry about the bulkhead now. in your 6th picture the top is hanging out into the door opening too far. It should be right around 1 inch. mine is 15/16 if your doors are not lined up to the quarters and fenders perfectly you should do that first. Then adjust the top to the doors. the windshield to door gap should be consistent all the way up. looks like the top isn't sitting flat on the passenger quarter either. The previous owners of bronco design sent me one that was like that. they made it right and sent another one. it was better, but not perfect. the inside angle where the door frame goes was off.

Ok everyone was correct on this. I took a saws all and cut the top of bulkhead and ran it down the seem on both sides about 7 inches. Pulled it back enough to put cab back on. As you can tell by the pics I still have some adjustment to do, but this was just a dry run. going to fill in the gaps with some thin sheet metal and smooth it out. I still think I need to adjust my windsheild a little but not much.

That's the ticket, nice job. Looks like it will fit just fine on there now!
How about a picture of the whole bronco with the new half top.

For some reason that pic didn't download....This was just a dry run, I have to do some little adjusting, not putting bolts but going to use clamps. BUT I do have to drill and tap for 2 bolts. What size is recommended?? I want a little slack so I can move the top a little for the adjustments

I used the same bolts that held my full top on. They were 1/2" head so maybe a 3/8" thread?

Got it thanks guys....Unfortanatly the weather is going to cooperate with me for the next few days and my welder friend is busy. Also the company that sent my interior roll cage bent the front 2 tubes WAY to much and they are sending me new ones. So I gotta sit and wait...=(

Good news is I predict a functioning aux tank in your future!

I sure hope so. Stopping every other day to put gas in is a pain in the gas.

After this hard rain we have had the last couple of days NO LEAKS...with only 2 bolts holding in on the windshield. Gotta get my roll cage done.
