efi spark plugs

Hi all,
I just finished adding efi with explorer intake and tb with RJM harness to my essentially stock 302. Any suggestions on type of spark and gap?

Spark Plugs

dirtdrdave,

Motorcraft or Autolite for the year of EFI the explorer parts are off of and gap them to the recommended range for the same engine.
