what starter do i use if u got a 97 explor motor the stock bronco or some thing different?

You will need to get a 50oz imbalance 164 tooth flywheel to match the Explorer motor. It will work with your stock Bronco starter.

Or the explorer starter, just make sure you wire it correctly.

Depends on the transmission you are going to run.
Stock Bronco stick shift, The Explorer will be wrong.
Automatic, Stock Bronco (automatic) or Explorer (wired correctly as stated above) will both work. Note, jumping the small wire to the big wire is not wiring it correctly.
