Emergency Brake Parts Help

I am putting together my bronco after a 12 year lapse. Does the pics look correct as far as how the system goes back together? Also I assume this spring goes there somewhere so the emergency brake releases. Does anyone know where it goes too and from? thanks a bunch fellows.

Oh yeah it needs sandblasted and epoxy painted yet. just trying to fit everything as I go
