This is off topic for this post, but is this common for 2000s era computer controlled vehicles? Like if the PATS sits for a couple of years it won't attempt to start?

North of Toronto…maybe someone on here from Toronto that might know something? There was an old post from there trying to sell 3 Broncos that was thought to be a scam.
