I have a few questions on doing a 5.0 swap. I have tried the search, but seem to come up empty. What is the best way to connect the throttle to the pedal? How about fuel line connections? I have the stock lines running from the motor down to the frame & the steel line set from BC Broncos, need some way to connect them. thanks

I have the bc broncos throttle cable. The fuel line just get a Russell or earl connection and the high pressure hose. Pretty straight forward.

Let me know if you have any questions. My setup is rigged but works. I can post some pictures if you need a visual.

I have the BC throttle cable as well. It was an easy install, good quality. The only thing I would change with my kit, was to add a stronger return spring.. Pedal felt a little mushy and I didn't like the slow return when I let off.

Yup....I have it too and I added a return spring as most running it have done. Everyone seems to rig up there own. I think ViperWolf did a nice writeup on how he did it. I had to shorten the cable just a bit too,

I used the ball adapter off of the cable that came with my carb throttle cable kit. I cut off the stock explorer end off that went to the pedal assembly and put this on. It hooked easily to my stock pedal. I have a 98 cable and the firewall fitting is round. The round fitting is slightly larger than the bronco firewall hole, so you will need to drill that out a little bit. Works great and its easily applied to replacement cables from junk yard. Got a spare cable incase something fails. I bet I spent 20 min max on this, easiest part of the conversion.

Oh I forgot to mention, I used jsmall's explorer cable bracket at the throttle body. He is a member on here that was producing those.
