Explorer Lower Intake Plate Removal

Can't find anything on this , and don't want to break it.
Can some body tell me how to remove the plate under the lower intake, there are 4 rivet like fasteners, do they just pop off ??

Yes, they are pressed in place and have to be wedged out.
