How much hp/air flow do the stock upper and lower Explorer/Mustang upper and lower efi intake max out at?

Trying to figure out basically if I would be wasting money on a really nice high flow head if the intake cant keep up.

I recall it was about 375. Just about the same as the GT40 intake only a cast version. Back in the day the mustang magazines would do intake shootouts and the GT40 was often left out. If it was there it often did as good or better then the aftermarket intakes. Since they sell advertising to the aftermarket intake makers they want to make them look better.

What the Explorer / GT40 intake has trouble with is over 5000 RPM, that is when it does not flow enough.
For most Broncos that is no problem.
