We still haven't found a reservoir that doesn't leak under race conditions though.

Any of you had trouble with the lowest pulley hitting the crossmember of the frame? I am not yet that far.

I had one that came very close to hitting, I shimmed the motor mounts with huge washers to raise the engine up slightly (maybe 1/8") to make sure it wouldn't make contact. Ran it for years without an issue. Others have also just hammered the frame under the pulley - yet others have gone to greater lengths, cut and re-enforcing the frame in that location.

i have another bronco that cleared just fine...

I never had this problem in the 3 complete Explorer conversions that I have done, Did a Explorer front dress on a 77 motor and had to use the smaller pulley from NAPA

Shim the motor up
Run a 60mm (smaller) pulley instead
Notch the Frame - last resort

Thanks for the lead. Jaime does great work and communicates all the way along the build.

I spoke to Jaime. He says the 1" clearance I have to the hood is less then most people he made the reservoir for. He could make one that would be flush with the bracket.

Now since I am not a big fan of that bracket sticking out. I am reconsidering maybe going with the Wildhorses kit with the saginaw pump.

I will also give better clearance for the vacuum advance on my distributor. What do you guys think?
