Explorer Serp Pulley Question

Would like to powder coat the pulleys on the Explorer Serp set up. This one has a rubber insert and bearings in the center. I do not want to chance damaging the rubber in the powder coating oven. Does anyone know if the rubber and bearing insert can be removed, then reinstalled? If so, how do I take it out, then re-install so it is balanced?

Thanks for the help!
Jim

That's just a bearing. The rubber is the seal. Press it out, powder coat and press a new one in.

Good luck pressing it back in after the powder has been baked on... Maybe they can mask the center?
