Extended capacity gas tanks: Any gripes about what's currently on the market?

Could go with the Caswell fuel tank liner in a one-off AL tank, but I'd be unlikely to opt for that if any sort of production is planned.

Anyone ever contacted one of the polyurethane manufacturers of containers, or fuel tanks?

Rotary molds aren't cheap to make. They aren't excessively expensive like a really large injection molding mold, but there still needs to be some volume to justify it.

Were I to guess, Jaz in Santa Paula, CA, and ATL (who lists roto-molded custom possibilities here) in Ramsey, NJ would be the best bets for having something like this made.
