Have one labeled fan-fan and one fan power....am i to assume that is electris fan supply and control wires? Have one as dimmer power as well....control wire as well? think the dimmer lamp wire is of a different color? thanks in advance!

The one that says fan is litterly just a wire going from that point to your engine bay that is ment to go to an electric fan. The other is the power from the fuse box. I'm assuming that its for a dash mounted switch that you would put between the two. On my setup I connected the two wires under the dash. Thus making fused power to the "fan" wire under the hood. I then used a fan switch kit from there with a relay to run the electric fan. I think the dimmer power needs to go to the headlight switch. The wire is labeld dimmer and not dome light, correct? I will check my notes from when I installed my harness.

On my kit (20 circuit mini) the dimmer switch wires (feed, out to dim, out to bright and dash indicator) were in a connector. I had to remove them an put the Ford connector on. The dimmer power wire connected on the other end at the headlamp switch.

I used a EZ harness for the build my son and I have been working on forever. I ended up cannabilizing it almost entirely and I can't remember where that wire originally was attached to the EZ harness (or if it was loose). However, what I can tell you is that the dimmer power should run from the connection on the headlight switch labeled "H" to the supply side of the foot switch connector, which is the center or "top of the triangle" on my connector. The dimmer power supplies power to the dimmer switch when the headligh switch is on.

The harness we built was a custom that blended a '91 Big Bronco EFI and transmission harness to the EZ and then we added a ton of extra relays for headlights, OBA, etc, etc. I have an AutoCAD version of the wiring diagram. Most of it will be irrelevant to what you are doing but it pretty clearly shows how all of the basic circuits are routed. PM me if you want some PDFs or the ACAD file. I am happy to share what I have.

I found a PDF I made of this page of my wiring diagram. The headlight switch and dimmer switch connectors are shown in the lower right hand corner.

The colors I have listed might not match yours. For some of mine I'm using the Ford colors and some I'm using the EZ colors.
