Factory Heater Delete

On a factory heater delete, assuming:
- No holes in dash for controls.
- No holes in firewall for hoses and mounts.
- Most importantly, what did they do with the passenger fresh air? No holes?

Trying to figure out my build, I have no holes in the dash, someone put holes in the firewall (very poorly done), and looks like factory holes for passenger fresh air.

There never a passenger fresh air vent. The intake on the pass. side goes solely to the heater.
