Adjusting factory slots in Wild Horses Rock rails

So I went to fitting up my wild Horses rock rails today and discovered that the factory slots don't line up with my body stabilizers. In this picture the rear (smaller ) slot is lined up with the body stabilizer and The Rock rail needs to go forward about 3/4 of an inch to meet the fender opening
Has anybody else had this issue? I'm guessing my best recourse is to increase the slot in the Wild Horses rock rail.

just a suggestion, but did you try it on the other side? Pretty sure mine are left and right...

Stood them up side by side and they are symmetrical.

just a suggestion! rugged to be notching those for sure!

Talked to WH support yesterday and they confirm that this is fairly common, not all body braces are attached equally.
