Here are a few pic's of our weekend. Luckily my son sells cranes and equipment for a living. This is the first time this U14 tub has been on this frame. We had a minor clearance problem around the rear shock mounts and the power steering box - all better now.
The next challenge is to attach the door pillars. We wanted the tub resting on the frame to eliminate any possible sag issues. I have the new pillars bolted to the doors. Our intention is to attach next weekend. Any suggestions?
I also need to drill the two body mount holes behind the seats. Where the mount is on top of the frame its a little difficult to locate the hole. Does anyone have any ideas?
Hey, any other pointers that you guys might have for a group of rookies please feel free to comment. As you can see in the pictures, the body is now held together with about 400 tek screws. These of course will be removed and welded up shortly.
