I spoke with Cocomats - I ordered them almost 5 years ago.

From Cocomats -
"We would feel best sending them paper copies to check (if they hadn't checked using your mats) and we do indeed still have the patterns. They are saved under your order number."

Here is my order number = 393962
Contact at Cocomats = Crissy

My mats are "Jaspe (calico)" pattern.

Thank you so much! I really like that pattern, so you saved me (and anyone else who stumbles across this) the pain of searching for it. I will get in touch with Coco mats for the paper templates!

The Cocomats folks are very easy to work with. My only thought would be if a needed machine could handle a mat that size. It would look outstanding.
I use my Bronco too much as a hauler, wood, fish, bicycles, etc to have anything other than a rubber mat back there.

I am (and the EB is) a mud/dirt magnet and one of my specifications was removable mats so I could clean and dry the floorboards.

I am disappointed by the Wild Horses rubber mats https://www.wildhorses4x4.com/early-bronco-rubber-floor-mats-set because the drivers mat ends 2" short of the firewall (see pic). It would have been so easy to include the extra 2" of material, either with or without the cutout for the clutch and e-brake cable (we can cut as needed), so the mat would meet the firewall. I am shopping for raw rubber floor mat material so I can make better ones. I discovered the term is "automotive coin pattern." Like they say "measure twice, cut once," but without the missing 2", I don't have that option.
