I feel like a tard asking this, but both of the wires are solid red going to the battery. Does the one that grounds to the block go to the neg terminal?:p

Yep. Negative=ground unless you live in England.

she didnt fire unfortunatly. She turned over great but the fuel isnt being pulled from the tank. I have a see through fuel filter just after the sending unit. I think that the mechanics that "fixed" it the first time disconnected my main tank from the tank selector valve and just left it disconnected. Im gonna pressure wash the underside tomorrow since its supposed to be a nice day so i dont eat any more dirt while im working under there and cansee what is going on with the fuel lines. hopefully that is all it is. If not i will rerun the pvc fuel line and put the filter somewhere about halfway up the line. hopefully its just the tank is disconnected.

Yeah, hopefully something easy. At least the fuel lines are easy enough to see under there. Barring too many large exhaust pipes being run down that side of course.
