Hey folks. I have a question regarding the fresh at box. Were the 66 fresh air boxes different?

I’ve attached a photo of my fresh air box from my 66. This looks different than the oem fresh air boxes I see for sale online.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks, Al

I am pretty sure we figured they were. If nothing else, there is an extra fastener hiding inside the later years don't get.

They were metal rather than plastic and had a shorter lip and seal under the hood during the first couple months of 66' production.
