Tomorrow Im replacing my clutch in my '76 and was going to replace the front seal on my 3 speed manual. After ordering 2 times from my local parts house, it seems they either can't get it or they don't know what it is.
Its the very front seal that and is installed in the front part of transmission housing and the inner part rides on front shaft. So, where in the world can I get one and what is the part number please. Thanks you

My local parts house couldn't get the SKF 11123 but they can get a Timken National Seal #482208 so ordered 2. We will see.

I've looked on some of the Vendors sites and they don't even seem to carry it.

Hi, when the seal leaked on my 3 speed it was available locally, but I could not get the gasket. Permatex gasket maker to the rescue. It has been fine for many years. Good luck
