You knock the studs out.
If you grease up a flat washer you can probably just use an impact gun to pull those studs back through you just don't want them to spin while you're pulling them back through. A greased up washer will help the nut spin instead of twist the stud. Just make sure you get all remnants of that grease off there or it will spread onto your rotors

Don't know if they are anything special but typically I put the rotor on the ground and put a solid hard hit from a small sledge right on the tip of the stud. Shoots the stud out the back. Blow 5 studs out in a few seconds.

Hammering them in from the back side is safer, no chance of stretching the stud.

Swing the hammer like you mean it, no sissy tapping. One hit to blow them out, 2 hits to drive them in. Maybe an extra one to make sure it is really seated (you will feel/hear the difference between driving a stud in and when it is fully seated). No press needed.
