On my 1975, the left front turn signal does not work. All other front and rear signals work properly. Checked the easy stuff and all looks fine. The catch is that the signal WILL work when the emergency flashers are turned on, just not in turn signal mode. Any ideas/suggestions where to look?
Thanks

Does the indicator in the cluster work with turn and hazards? If it does with hazards and not with turn the problem is the turn signal switch or wiring to it.

Indicator in the cluster works for the hazards (and for the right signal), but not for the left. The problem is likely with the switch in the column?

Yes. If you lift the lever slightly when it's in left turn position you might find a sweet spot where it will work momentarily. I'd recommend changing the switch though.
