front yoke retaining nut torque specs

I just replaced my front yoke seal on the transfer case and now I need to torque down the front yoke retaining nut, but I do not know the correct torque value.

I checked my shop manual and this is what I found:

Drive Shaft Flange to Transfer Case Output Shafts Nuts 125 - 150
U-Joint Flange to output Shaft 60 - 80

Any Ideas?
