I’ve almost got my axles ready 78 f150 cast wedges. I was going to wait tell I bought some James duff radius arms to do the swap, but my rear axle that’s in the Bronco has a bad axle end the bearing is spinning in the housing. So was wondering if anybody ever used the factory radius arms with the full width swap.
I hate to put money in the rear axles that’s in it. Thanks

I ran that setup for a couple weeks. No trails, just street driving. I had the extended arms waiting to go in but was impatient, It drove ok on the street, don't think it would flex well at all though.

The first time I went full width I ran the front for 3 months before I swapped the back. Go for it

I test drove a couple of EB's with F150 axles (factory wedge positions) and factory arms many years ago and they drove fine. The C-bushings looked a bit "stressed", but it didn't seem to impact handling or safety.

The inherant compression/droop bumpster that broncos have and can not be reduced because of the angled radius arms would be worse because the radius arms will be at more of an angle. Hard braking it will pull right and hard acceleration it will pull left worse than a stock width axle especially with soft springs. Just be careful.
