Gas, spark, compression; still won't start

I would try the ignition module as well seem them still sparking just at the wrong time goofing things they are

I also think you got air in your RAD. Causing it to get hot then cool off. Try filling the rad through the top hose through thermostat. This will be slower than normal but also eliminate any air bubbles being trapped. But i think you are on the right track with the yellow spark etc.
